There are better magery pets than a Dragon. Magery does not make a great pet for someone that is new to training.

Webalternating grasping vines with the curse of frailty instead of just spamming the curse is better, and I think with how many points he has in the curse it has the drawback of making you more likely to pull agro off your pets. I feel like my points spent in ember claw, lightning strike, and ground slam were points well spent.
