Sims 4 mods folder not there
Webb11 feb. 2024 · I want to start using mods in my Sims 4 game, all the help on this topic says there is already a Mods folder with everything set up ready to go. However, my game is under Origin rather than Electronic arts, and this Mods folder does not exist there. Does anyone know how to add mods to the game where the folders are set up in this way? WebbJanuary 2016. Yeah, that is just the game resetting or replacing all it's required folders. Not sure if a restore would replace that folders contents or not - if you go back to a time before you moved it. Restore does not generally mess or change game files so your game info is saved even with a restore.
WebbIf the problem doesn't occur then one or more of your mods needs updating. The most likely culprit for your problem is one of the following mods: Core, Script, Tuning, and Object. We suggest removing those first and testing the game without those in the mods folder.
