The villa is positioned high on the hill over-looking the Muri district. The vista is outstanding and yet the property affords a great sense of privacy as well. The island of Rarotonga and Aitutaki are thriving with local people and an unspoiled cultural island experience. In my personal opinion Tahiti is more touristy and has less ethnic charm overall.
