With a daycab, you shouldn't be able to rest at the yards and rest areas without facilities. I do however think that drivers with a berth should be able to sleep at least at the largest yards like parking lots at Wallberts etc.

Which at the top it is about 3-4" at the top angle of the cab. The sleeper the boot came from, I used a lot of silicone around the boot when installing it.
