In contrast the right bud works perfectly. I don't totally know how to fix this annoying problem. I tried in 100 ways also re-pairing the buds one at times but nothing works. Someone who can help me? WebI checked the instructions and was able to successfully fix the issue as follows: 1) disconnect the buds from your phone, 2) turn them both on (in your ears), 3) tap either one 3x times. You will hear a simultaneous beep in both buds. They should be paired to each other at this point.
