I used to change at ten years, but the newer hoses are from much better material and go for twenty years. The heater hoses are generic and easily found. The upper and lower hoses are easily found also. WebApr 9, 2015 · When you install the new hose, tighten the the clamp on the engine, then on the rad end,give the hose a twist before tightening the clamp,this will make the hose rise up to clear the fan.
