Web1) Climb up high and shoot at it's head. 2) At the very back of the entrance tunnel to the main chamber. 3) On the left hand side of the chamber is a broken grill leading to the poisoned river. Go through the grill to the furthest point you can still see the Cyclops and shoot from there.
