WebFeb 18, 2024 · 2008e66. Hello. I am working to diagnose a crank but no start issue on my e66. All signs point to a RESET of the CAS. I would ideally like to reset the CAS and the DME. (A simple sync won't do the trick) I have searched a lot, but I can't seem to find a guide to Resetting the CAS Module. I have NCSEXPERT, INPA, ISTA and Tool 32. WebJul 18, 2024 · I had to replace the DME as it got crushed in the accident. Due to the complexity of the DME, I had no choice but to order a new one from the dealer, which was pre-coded to my VIN. I however cannot code it with E-SYS I have just finished downloading the FULL BMW.PSdZData.Full.v4.01.22 which I believe is the latest release.
