WebJul 3, 2013 · The switches are a very common problem on the S series. It screws into the top of the transfer case. The easiest way to reach it is going up next to the front drive shaft. There should be 3 vacuum lines going to it that attach in a single rubber plug onto the switch. Hope this helps.
